Availability: Calendar

• Please check the rental agreement for all **details & rules** regarding renting A Cottage at Covington Cove.
• Weekly rentals available June thru September (weekends may be available in June or September only):Weekend rentals October thru May (during this time some weeks may also be available)
• $1050 weekly Saturday-Saturday (additional non-refundable fee for pet/s)
• Check-in Saturday **at or after** 3:00 PM EST-Michigan time......Check-out Saturday **before** 10:00 AM EST-Michigan time
• Upon confirmation, a signed rental agreement and  $250 security deposit (weekly rentals only) is required before your rental reservation is accepted and confirmed. $100 security deposit required for weekend rentals. The final 100% payment is due 30 days before rental period by cleared check.
• The $250 security deposit is refundable within 7 days of your final check out date. The $250 security deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs and the cottage cannot be rented for that rental week.
• Rate *includes* final cleaning (extra cleaning charges apply if applicable) See rental agreement for details.
• Any damage to the property, furnishings, and household items other than normal wear and tear, and/or any excessive cleaning required, is the responsibility of the renter. Assessment of any such damages/cleaning is done by Covington Cove Management. See rental agreement for details.
• We are a smoke-free environment.  This is strictly enforced by management. See rental agreement.
• We accommodate 1-4 occupants.
• With prior written approval, certain exceptional dogs may be allowed with an additional pet fee of $100 per pet which is non-refundable. Please inquire during your rental request. If you have to board your pet while you vacation check out PeTalk for you and your pet while you are apart.
